I have had this for about a year. I love the knife itself, but after just a few months, it started rusting. Too bad.

This knife is just the right size, not too dinky but not so large as to be hard to handle. It is a little smaller than I pictured it. But it is handsome, stainless steel, and has that wonderful santoku blade shape. It's super sharp. I was cutting an avocado in half, and practically severed the seed without trying. It's light, which some people might not like, but for everyday work in the kitchen, I find it versatile and well above average. A good deal too.

As a woman with smallish hands, I adore this knife. I find myself grabbing it over all other knives, and though my husband has large hands - he is able to use it with ease and also likes it.
Sharp, but not sharp enough where I'm afraid to use it.
All in all, I dig it.

This knife is still sharp enough to slice through a ripe tomato without denting the skin before breaking it. I live in a communal household with 7 other people and that knife has gotten used almost every day for the past couple months. It's a great size for slicing through smaller items like garlic, carrots, et cetera. A pretty good buy for the price.

This little knife is such a great deal for the price. I like that it is completely stainless steel - no wooden handle to break off or get worn out in the dishwasher. The little indentations along the blade are what make it a Santoku. They keep food like cheese from sticking to the blade when you are slicing. This knife is very lightweight and those that are accustomed to expensive, high-quality knives will probably not like it. But it's wonderful for everyday use and seriously out-performs other similarly priced knives. I use it for slicing cheeses, sausages, small potatoes and vegetables, hoagies etc. So far, it remains very sharp and I'm glad I purchased 2!
