The real problem and the cause for return is this product did not match the photo. You need one long handle on each pot to hold and separate over the sink. What was received was a long handle on the pot and two short "ears" on the pot with holes (steamer). This requires two hands to pick up the steamer half, requiring the pot with the water to stay on the stove. You will then drip water everywhere from the pot with holes.
